We manage the bookings for your property updating the booking calenders, sending the booking confirmations to the hosts and doing the check-ins and check-outs solving every doubt your hosts may have about your property or Denia and ints surroundings.
Cleaning and laundry services
We can organise the cleaning and the laundry service whenever it is needed in your property.
Property maintenance
In case there are any type of repairs which need to be done during a hosts stay, for instance, a lamp is not working or any of the household appliances broke, we could manage the replacement, talking it over with the owner first.
